Salad Dressing | I was always taught the rule of thumb for salad dressings was a 3:1 ratio.  3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar.  For me personally, I’m an even 50/50 split. I love my dressings BIG in tang!  My favourite go-to salad dressing.  1 part oil | 1 part ACV | 1 tsp Dijon mustard | Himalayan salt to taste – place everything into a sealable jar and shake vigorously.  Voila!

 

Gut-Boosting Aperitif | Combine a splash (up to 1 tbsp) with a glass of water and drink before meals to stimulate your digestion.  My ritual before each meal as directed by my naturopath.
