Rice Malt Syrup is my "go to" sweetener, and it easily replaces honey and other syrups 1:1 in baking.
Made from fermented cooked rice, and is a blend of complex carbohydrates, maltose and glucose AND is 100% fructose free!

- Contains many of the B vitamins and minerals that are found in rice and sprouted barley.
