AND I got to use my new madeleine tray I brought all the way home from Marseille.
One BIG warning with this recipe - it makes a sh#^ load of madeleines!
In fact, it made over 200 madeleines and I STILL had batter left over. It never seemed to end.
Granted my tray is for the little baby ones, but still.
Adjust accordingly, and of course..........enjoy!
