Cookbook Challenge # 26

For some reason I'm always pleasantly surprised when eating frittata. 

Deep down I have this expectation that they will be bland and unsatisfying, however no matter what flavour frittata I try, or who makes it, I really enjoy it.

I obviously have issues.

I made these little bite sized pieces for a get-together with some friends earlier in the month, and I loved, loved, loved them.  Full of flavour and chock full of some of my favourite vegetables.

The vegetables I used in the recipe are not set in stone. 

Use any of your favourites, and perhaps a little chorizo......?!
