What a month! Finally, I can see a little glimpse of light at the end of the tunnel. I'm one of those silly people that fill up every inch of spare time, yet at the same time constantly crave some time just for me. When will I ever learn!
My first free hour that I can selfishly take for myself is at the end of this month....Jeez!
I have to say, even though I'm busy with commitments, one commitment that is a welcome distraction is the Secret Recipe Club, and this month I was assigned Grumpy's Honeybunch. Don't you just love the name!
Shelby started her blog as a type of journal. A place for her to record memories of herself for her family and potential grandchildren as she herself has barely any written memories of her own grandmother. I really love Shelby's reasons for doing this. I myself have members of my own family who don't like to have their photos taken, and I think this is a terrible shame as we're missing out on passing these memories onto future generations.
I tell them to suck it up and smile.
Doesn't always work though!
