Travelling back from Hobart earlier in the year, the Virgin flight I was on happened to be playing Gordon Ramsay's latest cooking show. Now to be perfectly honest, I've never been a fan of Gordon Ramsay's cooking or his shows. However this show had me hooked in the first few minutes.
We loved it so much that the cookbook was purchased as soon as we arrived back in Melbourne.
This is one of the little dishes I discovered inside those pages, and it's what I made for my brother's birthday recently.
