I'm near the end of Week 4 of my "no sugar" experiment.
I have whole heartily embraced fats into my everyday living.
I'm absolutely loving it!
Having grown up most of my life thinking "low fat" is best, I did find embracing the "real thing" a little hard at first. However, the proof is in the pudding, and I'm now 100% converted.
Because of this simple little change - I eat less, I'm more satisfied, I don't snack AND I'm losing weight.
These are one of my favourite little things I've made lately, and I have them with my soup or even just some crudités and yoghurt, full-fat of course!
Straight out of the oven they are to die for. However, the freeze really well too!
